Put simply, the Apple Repair Co price promise is an assurance to our customers that should you have found the same repair cheaper elsewhere, we will en-devour wherever possible to match the repair price for you.

We’re proud of the service we provide, including the quality of our spare parts and repair service - bringing our customers the best quality and value.

And because we’re serious about our price promise, we’re keen to make it easy to understand - that's why we've created this page to explain everything you need to know.

To ensure we offer the most competitive prices, we regularly carry out price comparisons against our high street and online competition. If you find our competition providing the same repair, with the same service conditions and guarantee's, at a lower price, we’ll en-devour to meet that price...so we don’t expect you to find a lower price elsewhere, but if you do, you can easily make a price match request in store, via the telephone or online.

Whilst we cannot guarantee that we are able to match a repair price offered elsewhere - we promise you that we will certainly try.

Please Note: We need to be sure that the product is available through a high street or online competitor that is also VAT registered, rather than, for example, a friend who can repair iPhones & iPads and so our team may seek or request validation from the competitor prior to matching any prices.
